Todd Braufman is a seasoned executive, capital strategist, and governance-minded advisor with more than 30 years of experience guiding corporations through complex growth, restructuring, and portfolio decisions. As President & CEO of Latitude Real Estate Advisors, he leads strategic engagements that intersect real estate, capital allocation, operational performance, and long-term enterprise value creation.

Throughout his career, Todd has advised organizations overseeing more than 35 million square feet across 300+ locations nationwide and executed more than 1,000 transactions totaling over 10 million square feet. His work extends beyond transactions to enterprise footprint design, financial modeling, incentive structuring, balance sheet optimization, and risk mitigation. Engagements have included large-scale distribution networks exceeding 2.5 million square feet, sale-leasebacks, multi-market restructurings, and expansion strategies across regulated and complex industries.

Todd’s experience spans office, industrial, logistics, retail, multifamily, development, and emerging regulated sectors, including cannabis operations involving retail, cultivation, processing, and distribution facilities. This exposure to regulatory frameworks and compliance-driven environments provides valuable insight for boards overseeing evolving industries.

Leadership experience includes scaling advisory revenue from $1 million to $3.5 million within three years and building multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, financial analysts, contractors, and consultants to execute complex initiatives nationwide. Known for disciplined negotiation, strategic foresight, and stakeholder alignment, Todd approaches decisions with an enterprise lens focused on long-term value and capital efficiency.

In addition to executive leadership, Todd brings decades of nonprofit governance and capital campaign experience. Over a 35-year period, involvement in 11 nonprofit organizations has contributed to approximately $76 million raised in support of healthcare, education, youth services, social services, and international humanitarian relief. Leadership roles have included chairing major fundraising initiatives, mobilizing executive donor networks, and supporting large-scale campaign strategy.

Todd holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Accounting from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and completed international business studies at the London School of Economics. A lifelong believer in the intersection of business discipline and community impact, Todd views governance as both a fiduciary responsibility and an opportunity to strengthen institutions for long-term sustainability.
